Making a BOOKING via our WEBSITE or in-person creates a binding agreement based on these terms.

You warrant you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to make this BOOKING for yourself and/or your team.

You are responsible for ensuring all members of your team understand and adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

You enter the VENUE premises and participate in the GAME voluntarily and at your own risk.

If you have any medical conditions (heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, etc.) or are pregnant, participation is at your own discretion and risk.

• Do NOT climb on furniture or set pieces.
• Do NOT use excessive physical force on items or props.
• Do NOT attempt any action that could endanger yourself or others.

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the GAME rooms:

• Bags, backpacks, purses.
• Mobile phones, cameras, recording equipment.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Outside food and beverages.

Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings inside the GAME rooms is strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed immediately without refund and required to delete recordings.

You are responsible and liable for the cost of repair or replacement if you or your team members negligently or wilfully damage COMPANY property, props, or equipment.

The standard GAME duration is 60 minutes (90 minutes for Over-Throne). This time starts after the briefing and will not be extended.

Minimum 2 players required per room (3 players for Steampunk Submarine room). Individuals cannot play alone.

Participants must be at least 10 years old to enter the Escape Rooms.

Any participant aged 10 to 14 (inclusive) MUST be accompanied by at least one paying adult (18+).

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Once an Escape Room BOOKING is paid for, NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, change of mind, or if you choose to leave the game early.

You acknowledge and agree that all GAME rooms are under constant video and audio surveillance for safety, security, game monitoring, and staff training purposes.

By making a BOOKING, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

BOOKINGS must be made a minimum of seven (7) days in advance.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and guest information.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. Bookings made via online checkout forgo this and require payment in full.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the party start time.

Failure to attend a BOOKING will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior are eligible for a refund of the balance (excluding the 25% deposit).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Parties may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Party Packages are valid for 6 to 12 guests (excluding non-participating guardians, to a maximum of 14 customers).

Final numbers must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event for catering purposes.

Standard packages include Pizza, Fries, and Juice/Water.

No outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of bottled water, birthday cakes, or fruit platters which must be approved during pre-arrival communications.

We offer dairy-free and vegetarian pizza options. Notify us of allergies at booking or at least 72 hours prior.

Standard balloons are the only permitted decorations.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Adhesives, tape, tacks, or Blu-Tack on walls/surfaces.
• Confetti, helium, glitter-filled balloons, or party poppers.
• Paint or other craft materials.

The CUSTOMER is liable for any damage and negligence. The COMPANY reserves the right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee ($50 minimum) for excessive mess.
